Michelle's approach to yoga is inspired by her teacher Diane Long, who was a student of Vanda Scaravelli for over twenty years.

Michelle teaches to be at ease in the body and with the breath, to develop a deep awareness during practice and to explore postures with curiosity. Her clear and simple approach to yoga is accessible to students of all abilities.
